These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of BudapestFootball.com, operated by Csakjegyek Kft.

By using the website or submitting a ticket request, you agree to these Terms.

2. About BudapestFootball.com

BudapestFootball.com is a football information and ticket aggregation website designed to help international visitors discover football matches, stadiums and authentic matchday experiences in Budapest.

The website provides information about upcoming matches and allows visitors to express interest in available ticket categories.

Csakjegyek Kft. is the official and exclusive online ticketing provider for Vasas FC, MTK Budapest, Kispest-Honvéd FC and BVSC.

BudapestFootball.com may also provide information about other football clubs, matches and events for which Csakjegyek Kft. is not the official ticketing provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the inclusion of such clubs or events does not imply an official partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

3. Ticket Requests

Visitors may submit a ticket request through BudapestFootball.com by providing their email address, the number of tickets requested and their preferred ticket type.

Submitting a ticket request does not itself constitute a ticket purchase, confirmed reservation or guarantee of ticket availability.

After receiving a request, Csakjegyek Kft. may contact the visitor by email with further information regarding availability, pricing and the next steps required to obtain the requested tickets.

No payment is taken through the ticket-request form on BudapestFootball.com.

For clubs for which Csakjegyek Kft. acts as the official online ticketing provider, any subsequent ticket purchase may be processed through the relevant ticketing service operated by Csakjegyek Kft. and will be subject to the terms presented as part of that transaction.

4. Ticket Availability and Prices

Ticket availability may change at any time and is not guaranteed until a purchase or reservation has been separately confirmed.

Any ticket types, availability indications or prices displayed on BudapestFootball.com are provided for informational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Final availability, price and applicable purchasing conditions will be communicated or displayed before any purchase is completed.

5. Match Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information about matches, stadiums and football events.

However, match dates, kick-off times and venues may change, including as a result of decisions by football clubs, leagues, football associations, broadcasters, police or other authorities.

Visitors should check the latest match information before making travel arrangements or attending an event.

BudapestFootball.com may contain links to football clubs, ticketing websites, transport services and other third-party websites.

Where a website or service is operated independently of Csakjegyek Kft., its own terms, privacy policies and conditions apply.

Csakjegyek Kft. is not responsible for the content, availability or services provided by independent third-party websites.

7. Travel and Matchday Information

Stadium guides, transport information, matchday tips and other visitor information published on BudapestFootball.com are provided as general guidance.

Public transport routes, opening hours, stadium regulations, entry requirements and other practical information may change. Visitors remain responsible for checking relevant official information before travelling.

Unless otherwise stated, original content created for BudapestFootball.com, including text, graphics, branding and original photographs, is owned by or licensed to Csakjegyek Kft.

Football club names, logos, competition names, trademarks and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Where Csakjegyek Kft. has an official ticketing relationship with a club, relevant club names, marks or materials may be used in accordance with that relationship. For other clubs or competitions appearing on BudapestFootball.com, their inclusion does not by itself imply an official partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

9. Liability

Csakjegyek Kft. will operate BudapestFootball.com with reasonable care and make reasonable efforts to keep information published on the website accurate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Csakjegyek Kft. is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including fixture changes, cancellations, stadium restrictions, transport disruption or decisions made by football clubs, competition organisers or other third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Personal data submitted through BudapestFootball.com is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Ticket-request information is used to handle and respond to enquiries as described in that policy.
